This is the second underground spring we have found on Springs Edge Dr. In Montgomery. This customer had a beautiful walkway installed. Unfortunately this created a dam and held water. The pooling water and high levels of saturation in the sub soil created additional runoff on to the neighbors as well as a mushy yard.

We wanted to maximize the amount of ground water collected. We put in a huge french drain with blind inlets to the main waterways, ran into a 50" deep custom lift station. With a Zoeller Pump Company M98 powerhouse. We know this system will continue to work for decades.

When you don't have the slope to gravity drain your property, a lift station (sump pump)may be required.
The big box stores do not supply OUTDOOR UV protected sump basins. The basins available to the home owner are designed for basements and crawlspaces. NOT OUTDOORS.
