🏈 Mindset, Skill Set, and Tool Set: God’s Team 🏈
Life is like a football game.
• Your mindset is the confidence that you’re already on the winning team. God, the Head Coach, has the perfect game plan.
• Your skill set is your practice—prayer, obedience, patience, and discipline. These are your drills that make you strong when the pressure is on.
• Your tool set is your equipment—God’s Word, your faith, and the armor He gives you to stay protected on the field.
The kingdom of darkness lines up on defense, trying to block and stop you. But when you follow God’s playbook and trust His guidance, you will advance the ball and score.
✨ With the right mindset, a sharpened skill set, and the full tool set God provides, the defense doesn’t stand a chance. Victory is already yours through Christ!

Eight years ago, I lost my eyesight but not my vision. Despite initial self-doubt, I found purpose and became an author, speaker, and program builder. I didn't let blindness hold me back, and I believe you can overcome your obstacles too. Your setback doesn't cancel your purpose - it prepares you for it. I've written five books, built coaching programs, and created systems to help others overcome obstacles. I refuse to let limitations define me and live to show others that what seems like a wall can be a doorway. My journey is about what I continue to gain by walking in purpose every day. ⸻ I often tell people, 'They didn't create a department for someone like me.' I'm an entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and social activist. I built my own lane and want to help others discover their purpose and create their own path. You don't have to wait for a lane to open - you can create the road.

This morning, I woke up with one word on my heart: Intentional.
Not rushed. Not overwhelmed. Not scattered. Just intentional.
Because purpose doesn’t live in chaos—it grows in clarity.
And if you’re anything like me, you’ve had seasons where your mornings felt more like surviving than stewarding. But the shift happened when I realized: God doesn’t just anoint what we do—He anoints how we begin.
🛠️ Your Morning Assignment:
1. Set your tone: Speak before the world speaks to you.
2. Set your table: What are you feeding your mind, your spirit, and your vision today?
3. Set your target: What one purposeful action will move you forward—emotionally, spiritually, or practically?
📖 “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” – Psalm 90:12
This day is not random. It’s a gift. And you are not aimless—you are anointed.
So breathe. Reset. Realign.
You don’t need to do it all today. Just do it on purpose.
I’m with you. Let’s grow forward—starting now.
I love you.

There’s something powerful about waking up with intention.
Not obligation. Not survival. But purpose.
I remember when I used to wake up reacting to life—dreading what was ahead, unsure of what I was really doing with my gifts. But once I started aligning my mornings with prayer, vision, and purpose-driven thinking… everything shifted.
🛠️ This morning, I challenge you to align before you act:
3 Power Shift Morning Questions:
1. What part of me needs to submit to God before I start this day?
2. Who can benefit from me walking in purpose today?
3. What small act of obedience will I complete—no excuses?
📖 “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” – Proverbs 16:3
You don’t need a full blueprint today—just a faithful beginning.
Start the day with who you are, not just what you do. That’s where power flows.
And remember… God doesn’t need perfection. He wants participation.
Let’s walk it out. On purpose. In truth. With power.

This evening, I want to leave you with a question that changed the trajectory of my life:
“Are you living from your calling, or just reacting to your circumstances?”
When I lost my sight, I could’ve given up. I could’ve accepted the label of “limited.” But the Holy Spirit reminded me: My circumstances changed, but my calling didn’t. That’s when I realized—purpose doesn’t adjust to pressure; it answers it.
🛠️ Here’s your evening reflection:
Ask yourself:
• What in my life right now is trying to define me?
• Am I reacting… or responding according to who God said I am?
📖 “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” – Proverbs 19:21
Your identity is more than what you do. It’s who you were created to be.
Don’t let today’s frustration speak louder than God’s intention.
Pause. Breathe. Realign. You are not behind—you’re being built.
I love you. Let’s walk it out—on purpose.

Some moments don’t ask for noise—they ask for notice.
And this afternoon, I want to remind you to notice the difference between movement and momentum.
Movement can feel productive. Momentum is purposeful.
I remember early in my journey—especially after losing my sight—I stayed busy trying to prove I still had value. But God wasn’t asking me to move more… He was asking me to move right. To be intentional. To be led. To be honest about what was Him and what was just me trying to stay seen.
🛠️ Afternoon Alignment Check-In:
• What are you doing that looks productive but isn’t actually connected to your purpose?
• What’s one thing you can pause or pivot so your energy aligns with your assignment?
📖 “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” – Proverbs 16:9
This isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing right.
Let the Holy Spirit order your afternoon. Give Him permission to correct your course.
Because the real win isn’t that you’re busy… it’s that you’re becoming who He called.
Let’s walk in it. Not just publicly—but privately. On purpose.

Good morning, family 👊🏾💥
Let me remind you of something powerful today: your process is not punishment—it’s preparation.
When I lost my physical sight, it felt like the end of everything I thought I was supposed to do. But the Holy Spirit whispered something that changed my life: “What you think disqualifies you is what I’m going to use to qualify you.”
📌 That was the beginning of my process.
And maybe, just maybe… it’s the beginning of yours too.
Today I want to give you a simple yet powerful reflection strategy I’ve used for years—especially with my coaching clients:
🎯 The 3 I’s of Purpose Discovery:
1. Inventory: What do I carry that I haven’t counted?
2. Interruption: What has happened lately that disrupted my rhythm—but might be realignment in disguise?
3. Intention: What one thing can I do today that moves me closer to walking in my identity?
🛠️ Practical Step:
Take 15 minutes today and journal those three questions. Don’t overthink it. Just be honest. God will meet you in your clarity.
📖 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” – Romans 8:28
The call is still active. The oil still flows. Your name is still written in His plan.
So don’t curse the process. Thank God that He’s pruning what’s not you so the real you can rise.
I’m walking with you.
Let’s grow forward—on purpose.

Some of y’all know my story. Some are just now hearing it. But either way, here’s the truth:
I lost my eyesight… but I never lost my vision.
In fact, that moment—when everything went dark—is when God turned the lights on in my soul. I had a choice: sit in what I lost or stand in what I still carried. And what I carried was purpose.
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked with youth, adults, leaders, and everyday people searching for something deeper. And I’ve learned this: you don’t find purpose by accident—you discover it through intentional investigation. Purpose doesn’t just show up—it’s unlocked.
🔍 So here’s your purpose discovery moment:
1. Look at what you’ve survived. That pain wasn’t random. It’s a breadcrumb.
2. Ask what burdens you. What breaks your heart may be the door to what you’re called to build.
3. Write down what people come to you for. Wisdom? Peace? Strategy? Encouragement? Purpose often hides in what comes naturally.
4. Pray for revelation, not just relief. Sometimes God won’t fix what you’re in until you understand what He’s forming through it.
📖 “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart.” – Jeremiah 1:5
You were known before you were seen. So your purpose isn’t something you chase—it’s something you uncover.
Take a moment today. Get quiet. Reflect. Investigate your story. The clues have always been there. And if God can use a blind man to help thousands see who they are—He can use you to wake up nations.
Let’s walk in it—on purpose.
Good morning, family 🙌🏾
I just want to take a moment and say… God is faithful. Period.
Some of you know my story—and some are just meeting me. But here’s what I’ll tell you: I lost my eyesight, but I never lost my vision. In fact, it was through that loss that God revealed a greater plan for my life. For the last 20 years, I’ve been walking with Him through seasons of pruning, preparing, pushing, and promoting purpose in people.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been anointed. I’ve had the honor of helping people across different age groups, backgrounds, and cultures discover who they are and why they are. But here’s the part most people don’t see—you all have helped and impacted me just as much. Your testimonies, your growth, your courage… that’s what keeps me going.
I’m more excited now than ever about what’s ahead. I’m on a mission to keep promoting purpose and verifying identity—one conversation, one coaching moment, one breakthrough at a time. And I’m doing it not just as a speaker, but as a servant. A man of prayer. A vessel being used daily by a faithful God.
Stay encouraged today. Whatever you’re facing, know that purpose isn’t canceled because of pressure. It’s confirmed by it. I love y’all.
Let’s grow forward—on purpose. 💙🔥
