Our drop-in center is open daily from 10:30 p.m. Are you between the ages of 14 and 24? If yes, continue:
-Do you have a home you can go to every single night?
-Is it the same place every night?
-Is it safe for you to be there? If you said "No" to any of the above, you are likely eligible for services.

The Community Room at Carol Stewart Village reflects the sense of belonging residents have built together. It’s a space for programming, town halls, Resident Advisory Council meetings, creative projects, games and everyday connection.

Many young people experiencing homelessness rely on backpacks or suitcases to keep important belongings close. At our drop-in center, youth have access to these supplies and a safe place to set things down.

Earlier this week, Star House hosted a training session for the Public Safety Leadership Academy, an intensive residential training program for senior law enforcement officers from around Ohio administered by the John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Participants learned about Star House's services and engaged in training on Su***de Prevention, Wellness and Resilience.

Like any other teen or young adult, youth experiencing homelessness need opportunities to move, have fun and compete. Basketball is one of the favorite afternoon activities at our drop-in center.

We’re currently in need of men’s clothing for youth at our drop-in center. Most-needed items include shorts, pants, t-shirts, new boxers, shoes and sandals (men's and women's).
Donations can be dropped off between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m Monday - Friday.
