The U.S. Department of Labor's OSHA issued Nationwide Children's Hospital two citations this week, accusing the Columbus hospital of not protecting employees at its Behavioral Health Pavilion from patient assaults and not properly filling out workplace injury forms 42 times from Jan. 3 to March 11.
