Ohio LECET is a joint project of Ohio-based locals of the Laborers' International Union of North America and the signatory contractors of Ohio.

Ohio LECET is a joint project of Ohio-based locals of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) and the signatory contractors of the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA). We are labor and management working together to promote policies to ensure our infrastructure is built safely and cost-effectively across Ohio through outreach and advocacy for worker safety and fair contracting.
