Silent Yoga In The Park is an event I cherish each and every time I host. And, it’s gets better and better 🥹

Yesterday’s sold out ran smooth from beginning to end. My ladies showed up for a great experience and received just that! Everyone was provided with a headset where they could hear smooth tunes while also hearing my voice to guide them through a beginner friendly stretch session. Each person, with permission, allowed me place them into deeper stretches during the flow! (That was my first time doing so) Following the session everyone indulged in sweet and savory charcuterie boxes made with love by Kween. Everything was great!! Thank you again to all who came out 🫶🏾🫂🥰
