It’s been a while. Finishing up a bunch of projects. This is the latest Jack and Jill bathroom remodel. Perfect beach vibe💕💕💕

Sometimes you stumble upon something you find to be super awesome in the functionality/design dept. This is it! My dog Jax is getting old and has fallen down the slippery stairs a few too many times so I was looking for a stylish stair tread! Just purchased these which are removable for cleaning and stick right back on the steps without ruining the wood. A super win for us and Jax🐶

Prep day for tile. Do yourself a favor and YOU determine the flow and pattern of your tile before allowing anyone to do so for you! I’ve had many clients tell me of their past experiences of being really unhappy with how the installer places tiles with movement, color, etc. My client and I spent the morning laying out all the tiles exactly how we wanted, keeping in mind balance of color and movement. If in doubt, hire a designer. This is what we do to ensure the perfect look with no surprises💕💕⭐️⭐️

Spent the morning at the Design Resource Center in San Diego checking out Bernhardt’s new line of outdoor furniture. Beautiful, comfortable and great quality. Do you ever wonder why some outdoor furniture lasts year after year in the Southern California sun without fading? It’s all in the fabric and knowing what to look for. Solution dyed acrylic fabrics are the clear winner because the color saturates each entire fiber and thread making it almost impossible to fade or bleach it away. Piece-dyed fabrics such as nylon and poly almost immediately start to fade after sun or water exposure. Bernhardt’s outdoor furniture fabric is all solution dyed acrylic fabric which will last for years to enjoy without having to worry about sun damage and fading!☀️☀️☀️

Complete with “candy” on the tree!😂 My Grandpa’s tree always had candy canes, so I keep the tradition going in case you are looking for something sweet!- head for the tree!🎄🌲❤️
