How can we ensure that pets and their humans receive the well-being they deserve?

August 17th is National Black Cat Appreciation Day! Although black cats are often considered bad luck in western culture, we think all cats are good luck!
Partly due to this superstition, many shelters in the U.S. have found that black cats get adopted at a much lower rate compared to other cats.
