The semi truck driver who Delaware County Prosecutor's Office of Melissa A. Schiffel says killed a family of three in a chain reaction crash.. has been convicted for an unsafe vehicle in 2024. You can't find that crash on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration even though I found out his truck was towed from the scene, which experts say would make it eligible to report. Did this case fall through the cracks?

ICYMI - I've been looking into Marion County Children Services after the January arrest of caseworker Erika Funfgeld. She admitted to smoking fentanyl on Bucyrus Police Department body worn camera video. I uncovered she violated drug policy at Franklin County Children Services weeks before her hire.
