Did you know part of your IMAGE is portrayed in how you respond to reviews? In the online world, it is not only important to know where people are reviewing you and your business, but to RESPOND to those reviews. The Google+ local place page is a great place to start. Do you have one? You should. Start with doing a Google search for your business name and then look for the little red push pin. If you can't find it, enter your name with the city you are in and then click "places" instead of web. This will force Google to show it, if you have one. Once there, you can claim it and begin to generate, or respond to reviews! Did you find yours? Did it already have reviews there?
