QTS is looking for recommendations on a Qualified/Licensed HVAC technician to do a full HVAC install. Need vents and returns ran.

Looking for a general contractor. We have a couple properties that will need framing, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, etc.

Looking for maintenance staff to help with some rental property needs occasionally.
