Service Manager - Knoxville, TN
Career Objective:
The Service Manager is responsible for managing and directing their service team. The Service Manager shall work closely with the Store Manager with a main focus on safety and profitability while applying all company policies. Maintain a high level of service with customers, sales and rental team.
Career Responsibilities:
Manages the maintenance and repair of company owned and customer owned equipment
Review all work orders, Open, Closed, Quotes – Internal and External Credits
Check-In Status – equipment promptly checked to see if it requires a quick service or needs to be placed in shop for repair
Warranty Repair
Perform quality control checks
Daily check with Rental Associates to ensure the reserved equipment is ready for delivery or customer pick up
Daily review of the In Shop/Down Report
Repairs completed in a timely manner to reduce equipment down time/lost revenue and within budget.
Weekly safety meetings
Inspect shop daily for possible safety hazards
Daily walk through shop to ensure all technicians are following all safety policies, wearing safety glasses, use of safety harness, etc.
Ensure compliance of all Safety and Company Policy and Procedures
