Are you a creative, motivated individual with a passion for home design and sales? We’re looking for a Sales & Design Professional to join our dynamic team at Home Rescue & Remodeling, a leading remodeling company committed to delivering exceptional home transformations.

Position: Sales & Design Specialist
Location: Lewis Center, Ohio
Full-time | Competitive Pay + Commission

What You’ll Do:
Design Consultation: Work with clients to understand their remodeling vision and design functional, stylish spaces that meet their needs.
Sales Expertise: Guide customers through the remodeling process, from initial inquiry to final proposal, providing expert advice on design options and products.
Project Management: Help clients select materials, finishes, and fixtures while staying within budget and design parameters.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaboration: Work alongside project managers and contractors to ensure designs are executed to perfection.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in sales, interior design, or home remodeling (or related fields).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Creativity: A keen eye for design with the ability to translate customer ideas into actionable plans.
Passion for Remodeling: Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and remodeling processes is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using design software and CRM tools to manage projects and clients.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and team members to achieve great results.
