It’s been a while for a progress report…. We have had some setbacks with inspections “the city loves to take there time” finally have a concrete floor, and framing has started today! Shout out to X-treme AKA Joel long. Now let’s do this! Also for your viewing pleasure, I may have gotten a bobcat stuck in the mud today. Successfully rescued 8 hours later! Everyone have a Merry Christmas 🎄

Look at his demo/ remodel of a full bathroom and a half bathroom! We removed the wall in between to create one master bathroom.

Another master bath remodel complete!

Complete gut on this master bath/walk in closet/ bedroom. Added hardwood to new walk in closet and refinished hardwood floors. The bathroom turned out great!

Living room before. New Vinyl plank floor over entire first floor, new kitchen cabinets, countertops and lighting. Expanded the pantry to make a nice coffee station!

When the homeowner says he wants a workout room, bedroom,and full bathroom in 550sq ft.....you make it happen!

Project complete! 25 ft wall taken out for open concept. All new lighting, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and fireplace!

Day 2 we have the 25ft beam installed and now only one room!
