We offer a variety of services to meet your tree and shrub needs, such as fertilization and insect/disease control. Salting the roads during a snow storm is vital. But did you know that the salt changes the pH balance of the soil affecting trees and shrubs? It can cause desiccation (drying), which alters trees' mineral nutrition balance and soil structure. There's not a lot you can do about the roads, but you can take matters into your own hands by not oversalting your sidewalk and driveway. Another way to reduce possible damage? Think about using Calcium chloride which is less harmful to plants!
