Our dispatch team works around the clock to support both our officers and clients by answering calls for service, dispatching units where needed, monitoring operations in real time, and checking on our officers throughout their shifts to ensure both safety and compliance.

Please join us in congratulating Sgt. Frey on successfully completing his K9 Handler Training with the newest addition to the Midwest Protection team, K9 Ivan.

K9 Ivan is currently trained as a single-purpose detection canine specializing in the odor detection of narcotics and gunpowder. This marks an exciting new chapter for Midwest Protection as we continue expanding our capabilities and investing in advanced security solutions for our clients and communities.

This is only the beginning, we look forward to sharing more announcements regarding our K9 Division in the near future.

This past weekend, Midwest Protection was proud to once again partner with Champion Force Athletics for their Spring State Competition.

Our team worked hard throughout the event to help ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for athletes, coaches, families, and staff. We’re happy to report the weekend was a success with no major issues reported during the event.

Over the course of the competition, our officers confidently conducted more than 20,500 personnel screenings and access control checks, helping maintain a secure atmosphere while keeping event traffic moving efficiently.

A huge thank-you to the entire Midwest Protection team for your professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout the weekend. From entry points and patrol operations to crowd management and guest assistance, your efforts did not go unnoticed.

Field Sergeants (Night Shift)

Midwest Protection Division is currently seeking qualified candidates for Field Sergeant (Supervisor) positions on the night shift. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of performance across assigned sites.

This position requires a high level of responsibility, accountability, and the ability to respond to operational needs, including on-call situations.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to train, mentor, and lead personnel
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Availability for on-call and flexible scheduling
