Bats use scratchy bark surfaces to nest and need it to climb and hang. So, here’s some rough-sawn live edge lumber we’ll be using in some special boxes to launch the start of this project.

Insect numbers are on the rise along with the temperatures. Seeking a natural solution, Clintonville’s CommBat Box seeks to bring nature’s ally to the fight. As more people seek a solution to pesky flying insects, we hope that by offering on-site reviews, custom design, and installation of bat boxes, we can serve residential homeowners and improve their lives. We hope to curtail the rising mosquito numbers with a community of bats, while also providing the added benefit of more pollinators in the local ecosystem. (Did you know bats are pollinators?)
