Columbus Realtors® released the Central Ohio Housing Report for May of 2023 and we continue to see Median ($320K) and Average ($363K) sales prices on the rise. The number of closed sales also increased to 2,646 while the average days on market dropped to 20 compared to 24 the previous month. Inventory increased slightly which is greatly needed in this market.
It continues to be a great time to consult with a licensed Real Estate Agent if you are thinking about buying or selling a home!
