Dear brokers and friends,
I have a property that was scheduled to close today. When we went for the final inspection, we noticed a water leak that was believed to be coming from the outside.
Other than Survepro and Service master, is there any member from our OCREE, specifically a certified Basement/water intrusion specialist that can provide us with the following?

1. Locate where the water is coming from.
2. Professionally repair what is needed.
3. It appears to be a recent leak, however, we need to check for any mold.
4. Remove the water from the small area that is affected.
5. Be able to provide us with an estimated dollar amount to complete this task.

The Buyer will only accept companies that are certified/ensured/bonded/with a warranty to provide us with this service.

I have an out of state client is looking to lease a retail space in the following areas:
Blacklick , Upper Arlington, Dublin, Hilliard, or New Albany.
The space will be used for an ATA school .
My prospect already has an ongoing ATA school in different state and looking to expand into the Columbus market.
Space needs to be in a Strip Center (Anchored), or Freestanding . Let me know thx

Coffee's for closers

Comercial financing is available for rates that are lower than residential loans. Rehab loans, correspondingly have the same lower rates. Is not all about your credit scores. The property has to make sense.. Just a thought.
