We're seeing a surprising number of mold issues in attics only 10-20 years old. We can take samples and have them professionally tested so that our clients know exactly what's growing. Found Stachybotrys (toxic black mold) several times! It's a great idea to check on your attic at least once a year to look for issues before they become serious (and expensive).
