One of the best calls I received today came from a gentleman in Texas who uses an iPad every day for work, going door-to-door throughout the day.
He was frustrated because his iPad was overheating about every 30 minutes, slowing him down and interrupting his workflow. He reached out hoping Koolpad™ could help.

Unfortunately, he was using a 6th generation iPad, which is a version we cannot support. I was disappointed that I couldn’t provide him a direct solution, so I suggested upgrading his iPad and shared a few alternative options that might help in the meantime.

About an hour later, my phone rang again. To my surprise, it was him.
After looking at his options, he had decided to upgrade his iPad and move forward with Koolpad™.

What made me happy was hearing the relief in his voice knowing there was a solution to a problem that had been disrupting workflow. I helped him place his order and expedited shipping so he could get back to focusing on his work instead of fighting with his technology.

Moments like this remind me why I invented Koolpad™ in the first place, to solve real-world problems for people trying to do their jobs. As a founder, there is something incredibly rewarding about talking directly with customers, understanding their frustrations, and knowing that something you’ve built can make their day a little easier.
