Orange Cream Brioche buns

Orange sweet cream cheese, orange curd and crumble

Very refreshing

Made an experiment for my mister

Apple and carrots sauce mixed with a banana, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and melted butter

Super tasty and he loves them!

I made some beignets for my mom
And then tried to see how donuts would turn out
Pretty decent!
I glazed the three with chocolate and a couple sprinkles and then TRIED to cinnamon/sugar one but it was too much cinnamon 😅 learned a lesson

Made some chicken and apples for mister
Bananas and eggs

Had a ginger root so I boiled it down and then sliced the root into thin slices, made a simple syrup and cooked them down and made ginger crystals or whatever you want to call them ha.

Ginger sugar snack? Ginger candy?

Also making some chicken nuggets to save for the week

Over the weekend I made some Wedding soup with tortellini
The tortellinis have ricotta, onion and Parmesan
Meatballs have ricotta mixed in as well because I didn't want to waste the tortellini mix and they came out delicious.

Had lots of left over tortellinis so they got vacuumed sealed for later recipes

Yesterday I made another Ooey Gooey Butter Cake but this time I made it Orange. So good

Made some yummy food for mister man

And made some marinara and pizza sauce

Sometimes you just need to make 23 (1 missing) English muffins at 11 pm

Used sourdough discard

Only took 3 hours for the entire process, not bad at all!

Oh I swear this is the best sweet focaccia I've ever made yet.

For the dough I did a normal ingredients and then decided to fold in 2 bananas and cinnamon

Then made a butter/cinnamon/brown sugar/nutmeg/salt syrup

Cut up apples on top

So yummy it's like an Apple pie with nanners ❤️

Made some marshmallows
Gonna make some hot cocoa
