Been going here for months but after today I will find a new nail place. Even spoke to the manager who offered to fix my nails if they broke wow well I'll be going somewhere else in a few weeks!!! New set looks old brittle broken etc do thin there's no nail. Nope.

I’ve been going here for only 7 months or so, at first I would just walk in so I’d usually see someone different every time, but I must say that I’ve never walked out of here unhappy!! Today I saw Jimmy for the first time and I’m very happy with my results!! Thank you JC Nails! You guys are awesome! 💛

My wife is a regular customer and I have been there several times myself. Have always enjoyed the hot wax on my feet and the leg massages. Today my wife went to have her nails done. The person that did her nails asked who did her nails last. She stated she had them done in Kentucky. She had gone back to Kentucky to visit family. The guy doing her nails went into a rant about rednecks. My wife told him that she was from Kentucky and he continued to rant about rednecks. I would recommend that my fellow, military, brother and sisters from the South, not utilize this facility as they apparently have a prejudice against you. I was very disappointed to hear my wife was treated this way by an organization that she saw as her go to place. I was completely shocked when she told me she would never go back. Once she told me why I completely understood.

Tony at table 7 always does an amazing job! He's definitely my favorite, if his table isn't open he's worth the wait! I usually stick with the same style but I needed something new for my cat woman costume and these are now my go to style. Thanks again Tony I love them 😍

I called to see about getting a fill in way before they closed. The lady failed to tell me what time they closed or that the last appointment would be at 4:30. I came in at 4:40 turned out they close at 5:00. When I walked in everyone stared at me and didn't great me they looked at me like what are you doing here. I told the guy I needed a fill in that I called earlier. He said that they closed at 5 and that none of the employees will want to stay later even a few minutes to do my nails. I even turned to the lady and said could you do then quickly and she said no. It was so instens2 I could cut the air with a knife. I will never be coming back to this place. Horrible service and very rude and un2illing to work with their customer. Don't go here!! They lied and the lady said she never talked to me which she did. Bad experience and runied me day.

Thank you for such an amazing job done on my nails!!! Came in today everything was clean you guys were very good to me!!! Bringing my daughter mom and sister in law tomorrow!!!!:) ❤💙❤❤
