I recommend genius/smart/micro (they have so many names) wefts if :

🧡 You want to wear your hair with a natural curl or wave
🧡 You sweat a lot and can't always dry your wefts 100%
🧡 You tend to accidentally brush over your row of extensions

I recommend hand-tied if:

💛 You are gentle with your wefts
💛 You are good about drying your wefts to 100%
💛 You like more volume at the scalp
💛 You have a super unique color that can be easier accessed in hand-tied hair

When this guest first began coming in for color she had been dying her hair at home with box blonde. But knew she wanted more dimension and tone put in. Not to mention the appeal of taking time for herself to enjoying a couple hours of pampering every 6 weeks.

In between color appts Nancy gets her naturally white regrowth touched up with a level 8 base, which is gently combed down to diffuse over the highlights it touches. 🖤

It creates this beautiful lived-in look until she gets it highlighted again.
