We did a lot of hair cuts while our favorite baby sitter took care of baby Aaron. He’s becoming the baby whisper. Getting his brother to sleep and stay happy like a boss. 🥰

It’s been hard getting back into the swing of things with the baby. I’m just never sure how he’ll behave, but I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with him close by. Thank you to everyone who has come to get your hair done over the last 9 weeks. You’re simply the best. And really, little Aaron has been a champ.

I still haven’t popped, which means I got more time to color hair! Today’s fun project was this ombré number. From extra dark roots to platinum ends. The first pick was her inspiration photo. The following photos is our finished result, and I’d say we nailed it.

We are in the home stretch for baby, and he really could come anytime.
When he does, I’ll be sure to post an update. I’ll be taking 2 weeks complete off and 4-6 weeks off from doing color (because those appointments require 2.5-3 hours.)

I just wanted to share with you some of Cannelle’s creations that I have here in the Hair Room. I’ve personally got two pairs of these lovely leather earrings and enjoy them because they are not only beautiful but weigh nothing. I forget I even have them on. Be sure to take a look when your in. If you see a pair you want and message, I can accept payment and save them for you to pick up as well.

Absolutely loving the natural lighting in my new location! It’s the most beautiful and functional space I’ve ever worked in (I’ve been doing hair for 19 years so there’s a lot of spaces to pick from.)

Got the pleasure of cutting this little angels hair a few days back. Honestly if I had daughters, they would be sporting a Bob. Just soo cute 🥰

Got to create this massive transformation! Bye bye 👋 to 11 inches of boring light brown hair and hello to fire 🔥. She said RED not violet and we got a beautiful pure red.

And it’s been so wonderful reuniting with a client from 3 years ago. She’s living north of Denver and is driving down to see me every 4-6 weeks now. This was our second round of lighting and it’s looking amazing! One more visit and we’ll be right where we want to be.

Thank you for letting me work on this transformation. I think it’s been 3 visits sense June, every time getting lighter and removing more of that old box color. I think we’ve reached perfection 🥰🔥

From almost platinum blond, summer look to a darker blond, more natural fall look. This will also help her put more time between colors because it much closer to her natural.

First time in a really long time helping a client go grey. She’s been coloring her hair at home for years. Probably 8 months ago (4 inches of new growth) she stopped coloring.
