Montage is Changing

We are so grateful to be a premier Aveda Salon in Colorado Springs for nearly 20 years and one thing we have learned over the years is that the only thing that is consistent in life and business is change.
We have slowly been evolving since December 2019 where we streamlined the business and made the changes to no longer have Managers or Receptionists for operations, giving our stylists the control and freedom to manage their own books more efficiently, this change happened slowly, naturally and smoothly.

As a result of those changes we came out strong through a six week shutdown in early 2020 do to the pandemic and are now finding ways to follow our hearts and continue to change in ways that support our salons concept.

We intentionally named our salon(s) MONTAGE to identify us as a group of individuals from all walks of life coming together to create a whole. As we strive to truly be inclusive, we are now implementing a Gender Neutral Pricing for salon services.

What does this mean?
It means that no one will be charged more then someone else for the work that has been done on them based on their gender, age, ethnicity, sexual identity or any other form of discrimination.

As we move forward with these changes we will be operating out of our newest Aveda Salon location beginning February 1, 2022, in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs, aptly named MODO (Montage Downtown) and as always we thank you for your years of support and we are here to help you during the transition and happy to answer any questions you may have. COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO)-- Last year, downtown Colorado Springs saw record-setting growth for new businesses.

In 2021, 37 new street-level businesses opened their doors, 16 more businesses than in 2020. In 2019, 17 new businesses opened, so in just two years the rate has more than doubled.

The new shops include retail boutiques, restaurants, venues, and hospitality.
