Drake is a flame, I say it every year and it becomes more and more true as the years move on. He loves with all his heart and will stand up for himself and everyone he loves with every once of his being. He makes me laugh 100 times a day, he drives me nuts 200 times a day, but I don’t think there is a job more beautiful than being his mom.

Thank you to everyone that support us. Supports small. Supports families. We have a great life because of all the love we get from the world. And I think we give a lot back. I’m just really grateful today and every day, and for those that have followed along since the beginning. 7 years ago I had just made the decision to start this career, so while my baby grew and changed, so did my career and now business. Happy Father’s Day to my pops!! Many of my clients have heard all about all my family members, the good the bad the ugly and all of the parts in between. Most know I was raised with my dad being my only biological parent. I watched my dad be dad and mom for many many years, and the ups and downs that came with it. Although we have had our personal ups and downs, I became the parent I am because of the sacrifices I saw my dad make as I grew up. He pushed me to be a good parent, a business owner, and always taught me to depend on myself and have my own independence. He took on the role of being a 19 year old dad, and then a 39 year old grandpa, and regardless of what we had, he always made it work. He’s one of the best Dads/Papas there is. I owe a lot to my dad today and every day. ❤️ HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL!!!

All my clients know 2 things for sure- I’m a workaholic and my business is my baby. I LOVE my job. But my closer clients know theres something even more important than the hustle and bustle- my son.

I cannot express enough how proud I am of my boy. He had his final Drama kids plays tonight- 2 plays and 7 different roles. He absolutely killed it. He got his trophy for his first year and he jumped up and down like he won the lotto.

Even if you’re a workaholic like me- always put your kids first. He will never ever ever forget the feeling of looking out into the crowd and seeing his family clapping for him. THAT is priceless.

Ashiatsu is one of the most ancient bodywork forms in the world. Although considered a Japanese massage technique, it’s believed to have started over 2,000 years ago in India. Later, it was adopted greater into Asian culture, and popularized and named formally in Japan. The literal translation of Ashiatsu is “foot pressure”, where the therapist will primarily use their feet to deliver pressure and stretches.

I personally got deeper into this modality when I noticed that most of my clients required a level of pressure that was not easily attainable and often times dangerous for me as a therapist using just my arms and hands. By using my full body weight, we can use 100% of available pressure for your massage, which for many clients helps to improve the massage quality and experience.

I often like to see first time client for a regular massage first to gauge your pressure preferences, but if you already know you’re a vey deep pressure person or have had ashiatsu in the past, you’ll be good to go for this modality.

Don’t be afraid though- if you can’t take the pressure, we can do a lighter massage with this modality. Although it is geared more towards my deeper pressure clients, every massage is custom to YOUR needs as a client.
