Growing IT Consulting firm serving the Delaware Valley, is seeking a IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering quality service to our clients with networks ranging from 5-50 computers. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and manage multiple accounts. This position also requires travel through the Delaware Valley (mostly Philadelphia and PA suburbs) and roughly 30% work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 and Server 2008/2012 based workstations, laptops and servers.
- Install and support MS Exchange, VMWare and Hyper-V
- Effectively communicate with key client contacts. Must be able to articulate work performed, technical recommendations and project plans.
- Use our ticket-tracking software to log work performed for each client.
- Provide proactive maintenance to client's networks.
- Meet with customers on regular basis to discuss technical needs and recommendations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships
