Check out this Polaris General 1000 we just finished up!

Our customer came to us asking if we could check over his machine and see if anything was wrong. Unfortunately, it was more than any of us expected.

Not only did this unit have a Highlifter lift kit on it that was no longer made, it was also a lift kit for a completely different machine! This thing needed bushings, bearings, brakes, and new axles. With the lift kit not being made anymore, axles were turning out to be a hard thing to find.

After weighing options out with our customer we decided to trash the old lift kit and install a NEW 7-10” Lift with all new Rhino 2.0 Axles.

This thing is ready to hit the trails and take our customer anywhere he wants to go!

Just finished up this Polaris Ranger 900 🔧

What started as routine maintenance quickly turned into a big job.

With one of the rear axles being stuck in the transmission and several hours trying to remove it with a slide hammer, the only solution was to torch it and remove the transmission to replace the female splines.

During this visit we also added a high rack with a gun holder, a new roof, new side plastics and new seats.

We just installed a SuperATV snorkel kit and two new Rhino front axles on this Polaris Ranger 1000.

Topped off with a full service and she’s ready to hit the trails.

We are officially done with this Polaris Ranger 1000 build. After almost 2 YEARS dealing with issue upon issue on this buggy, 90% of it because the trailing arm conversion was sent to us not only WRONG, but incomplete. We had to fabricate parts, send stuff back, re-powder coat parts, etc. Customer service wasn’t that great, and there was inconsistency in fabrication all over this lift kit.

I will not name the company, as much I want to. Instead, i am looking at it in a positive way, because even after the HUGE headache this machine caused us, we overcame the obstacles and delivered a badass rig.

Sitting on 45” tires, 24” rims, 6” dual idler portals, and a 6” trailing arm conversion kit. We custom built the speaker roof with 8 DS-18 speakers, a radio, and accent lights to light up the customers choice of logo designs.

We added a subwoofer box in the bed for some 12” subs, and topped off everything with some XK Glow whip lights and rock lights.
