Base of a garage. Thin veneer stone with rock faced bluestone sill.

A lot of man hours in on this. Not finished yet, will post the finished job later.

Before & after pictures of demo of 3 retaining walls-some concrete, some stone. Dug down to frost line to pour new concrete footings. Rebuilt terrace walls with sufficient drainage for water and added stone stairs.

Rebuilt top 6 feet of chimney and added Bluestone cap. Flashing remained in place as it was recently replaced when the roof was re-done!
