Can’t beat a NEW garage with a NEW garage floor!

Garage floor with thickened edge laid down in Fremont about a month ago. We moved the slab over 18 inches from the tree to help preserve the tree and the floor. Added a wing to the approach for the garage entrance. Wanted to wait for install to post all together.

Sidewalk in Oak Harbor we poured out this week

We laid down some blankets to help insulate heat, protecting against frost and freezing temperatures coming in this week. Blankets also maintain moisture, which helps prevent cracks and ensures the concrete reaches its maximum strength and durability.

The old sidewalk was close to this tree leading roots to lift and separate the sidewalk, leaving it uneven with trip hazards. To save the tree and avoid any future issues, we curved the new sidewalk out and around tying into the existing curved sidewalk beautifully.

Little step repair we did a few weeks

Somebody fell against the railing which snapped the bottom corner off the step.

We cut a larger section out, then doweled rebar into the existing to secure this corner from ever breaking off again

Replaced some old clay drainage tile that was cracked up with some new pvc on both sides of this driveway. We also installed a clean out to help with any future drainage issues
