Big News!

One of my goals for 2026 was to help more people than I could on my own.

Over the past few years, MDLFit has grown from a passion project into something much bigger than I ever imagined. Because of that growth, I’m excited to introduce the newest member of the MDLFit team…

Morgan Wilderman!

Morgan is a Certified Personal Trainer, PN1 Nutrition Coach, and Health Coach who is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that last. With experience coaching clients of all fitness levels, she takes an individualized approach focused on proper movement, long-term success, and creating routines that fit into real life.

Morgan specializes in:
-Strength Training
-Nutrition Coaching
-Behavior Change & Habit Building
-Functional Fitness & Performance

Her goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel excited about their progress every step of the way.
When she’s not coaching, you can find her staying active, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband Matt and German Shepherd, Luna.

As MDLFit continues to grow, we’re excited to announce that Morgan is now accepting new personal training clients!

If not too much trouble, please wear boots or separate foot wear to the gym so we don’t get salt, snow and sand all over the floor with your workout sneaks!

For anyone who gets bummed out or angry when they can’t lift heavier in a certain movement while repeating a workout..

Strength is not linear.
Strength depends on nutrition, sleep, recovery, hormones.. the list goes on.
Our outside factors are the most important when building muscle.
Did you sleep well? Did you eat well? Did you drink alcohol? What part of the cycle are you in?

A bad lift isn’t failure, it’s feedback.

Show up, adjust when needed but keep going.
Don’t ever feel defeated in the gym. Do your best in everything OUTSIDE of the gym.
