Now that we are settled in Clinton, we wanted to share what services we have to offer.

First and foremost we are a full-service Design/Build contractor. What that means is we can work with you through your project. Starting with the initial consult and design, through building your dream home.

We are also more than happy to work with clients who may have finished construction plans and no builder or who may already have a builder and only need help with the design phase!

Hello! My name is Cameron Lloyd. I am the owner of Lloyd Design+Build out of Clinton, Missouri. My wife is from Clinton and we are moving our family back to Missouri, and are so excited for this adventure.

I have 7+ years of construction experience from gruntwork to framing and, most recently, management. I have personally built and managed 30+ homes. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management in 2020.
