Meow and Forever Cat Rescue

I am honestly so overwhelmed with gratitude right now. Thanks to an incredibly generous donation, Meow and Forever is getting an air dehumidifier for our foster space! 🖤

It may seem like a small thing to some people, but for rescue work, things like this make a HUGE difference. Better air quality, more comfort for the kittens, healthier spaces for recovery and growth… it all matters. Every single improvement helps us give these babies the care they deserve.

Support like this keeps me going during the exhausting days, the emotional cases, and the moments where rescue work feels impossibly heavy. To know people believe in what I’m building means more than I can put into words.

Big day for Momma Sheba! 🎉🐾
This sweet girl officially said goodbye to motherhood and hello to her fresh start. She has now been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Tiny queen got the full VIP package because the street-life retirement plan is officially in motion. Humanity occasionally gets something right.

She’s on the road to recovery now, and after some well-deserved healing time, Momma Sheba will be ready to find her forever home in just 2 weeks!

She’s been an amazing mama, and now it’s finally her turn to be cared for, spoiled, and loved the way she deserves. 🖤

Kitten season is in full swing over here, which means our foster room is BUSY. We’re hoping to raise funds for a dehumidifier/air purifier for the rescue space to help keep the environment even more comfortable for our foster babies and mamas.

The kittens are safe and well cared for, but this would be such a helpful upgrade for the space and honestly a total game changer during busy intake seasons.

Small rescues grow one step at a time, usually powered by caffeine, lint rollers, and people who can’t ignore tiny screaming kittens. If you’d like to help support Meow and Forever, we’d appreciate it more than you know. 🖤🐾

The mama from the most recent litter we took in has finally been trapped safely and will be getting spayed soon. One more mama cat that won’t have to keep surviving litter after litter because humans collectively decided “outdoor cats will figure it out” was a solid population management strategy. Nature is beautiful. Humanity is exhausting.

She’s still very shy, but little moments of trust are starting to shine through. This morning when I went to feed her, she greeted me with those tiny chirps cats do when they’re feeling safe enough to say hello, and honestly that melted me immediately. The tough street-cat act is slipping.

Rescue work truly takes a community. Every share, donation, foster, volunteer, and encouraging message helps keep this going, especially during kitten season chaos when it feels like the cats are spawning from side quests across the city.

If you’d like to help support her upcoming vet care, recovery, daily needs, and care for her kittens, we would be incredibly grateful. Every bit truly makes a difference for these babies and their mama. 🖤
