So I wanted to talk about the difference in price per square foot Our builders (Apex Now) vs. Our one of our competitors prices (Ryan home)
Ex. So the flagship house "The Erica" is 1750 sq ft so the way you would calculate the purchase price based on the price per square foot is $130 x 1,750 sq ft =227,500 vs $150 x 1,750 sq ft = 262,500. So if ryan home built a home that has 1,750 sq ft you would spend an extra $35,000.

Henry "Hank or Robert" Stoudermire, Sr. April 15, 1936 - May 1, 2018 (age 82)
"The Man, The Myth, The Legend" Starting in real estate in 1960, he got his foot in the door with a few brokerages but found a home moving to McMullan Realty, Inc with Mr. McMullan as the broker. In the mid-1960s he became broker for McMullan Realty, Inc and sold homes to thousands in the Greater Cleveland area. He believed in fair housing so he fought for equal housing for minorities. He also has helped mentor hundreds of real estate agents.

Following in his footsteps: Tommeye Stoudermire (wife), Henry Stoudermire, Jr. (son), Tonya
Perkins Stoudermire (daughter-in-law), Gary Holmes (son), Calvin Reid (son), Dianna Holmes (daughter-in-law), Douglas Davis (Grand Son) Shanelle Holmes (Granddaughter) Henry Stoudermire, III (grandson), Josh Bullock (grandson) and more survive him and are involved in real estate at McMullan Realty, Inc.

Henry Stoudermire, III recalls: "I remember riding with him within my first years and he would show me the homes he sold 1, 2, 3 times over. And the amount of repeat clients whose parents, grandparents and other family members he helped. His tutelage was amazing; I'm thankful to have had him in my life. Another feat that impressed me was in the 70’s Henry, Sr. listed 21 homes in 30 days with no MLS, computer, cell phone or Zillow." Most agents under his wing would have similar stories.
