What a powerful Sunday at Church Alive! 🙌

We are so grateful for the presence of God that met us as we worshiped together. Every prayer, every song, every moment in His Word reminded us that God is still transforming lives.

This weekend was especially meaningful as our church celebrated the installation of Pastors Nate & Maggie Rodriguez as Associate Pastors. We are humbled by God’s faithfulness and excited for all that He has in store for our church family. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us, prayed over us, and continues to serve so faithfully.

Our prayer is that every person who walks through our doors encounters the love of Jesus, finds hope, and discovers the purpose God has for their life.

“If the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” Psalm 127:1

Why do people stay in the darkness? Because sometimes darkness feels comfortable. Compromise rarely happens all at once, it happens little by little until our eyes begin to adjust, and what was once conviction becomes normal.

But Jesus is calling us out of the darkness and into His marvelous light.

What an incredible word from our Young Adult Leader and Minister, Gabriel Morales Thank you for challenging us to examine our hearts and choose the light.

Today’s message from Minister Gabriel Morales, “Light in the Darkness,” was a powerful reminder that walking in God’s light gives us vision, direction, truth, life, and removes fear. When we choose to stay close to Him, His light guides every step we take.

We were also challenged to truly desire to follow Jesus completely, turning away from the darkness we’ve lived in for so long. In Christ, we find true freedom. A life marked by love, kindness, holiness, truth, forgiveness, humility, and a heart that serves others.

Let’s continue walking in His light this week, allowing Jesus to transform our lives and shine through us wherever we go.
