Over 50 years ago… a photo of our neighbor - The Spot! Downtown Cleveland is full of so much history. Can’t you just taste the Spot Burger and their chili!

TPC Properties would like to wish all of our tenants and downtown neighbors a Wonderful Christmas! The downtown decorations, lights, and window make such a festive atmosphere.

TPC is renovating a similar store here in Cleveland to this one in Rugby. We are repurposing the use but are highlighting the history of Hoke’s or Jordan’s Grocery on Spring Place Road. Completion of renovation set for September 2025.

R.M. Brooks General Store in Rugby, Tennessee has been serving locals and travelers since the 1920s, and walking through its doors is like stepping into a living time capsule. Just outside the historic village of Rugby, the store is still family-run by descendants of R.M. Brooks himself.
