From builder grade to upgrade

This customer. Contacted me about doing two bathrooms. This is the downstairs. Needless to say they can’t wait till I start on the upstairs 🙌🏽

Someone on this internet would say….”why didn’t you soldier it straight to the CPVC 🤪. Better yet why would you do the repair. You should have charged them for a brand new tankless system” A satisfied customer would simply say “Great job, thank you. What form of payment do you accept?”

Sometimes you can hire someone who just makes it harder than what it is.

Sucks when a kitchen grease trap rust away. And leave you smelling that foul greasy odor. Just thought it would be a quick swap. But the specs on the new unit had other plans. Leading to all new grease free pipes.

The bathroom was overdue for a much-needed renovation. The tub or sink wasn't functioning correctly, and the toilet wobbled severely. Luckily, I took care of the remodel and ensured that the plumbing was flawless.

Fl**ge and toilet bend was causing leaking into the kitchen. When I cut it down I seen so much flex seal, duct tape, plumbers putty being used over the year to stop the leak. I did my best to salvage the hub of the fitting so I wouldn’t have to re run the plumbing to all drains in the bathroom. Was meticulous but I got it done.

Customer requested an update to their mud room/laundry room, including placing all plumbing in the wall for a laundry box and new utility sink.
