Just finished up a very nice basement remodel for a wonderful family in Rocky River. Basement had been heavily water damaged, so repairs were made and new more practical- yet beautiful materials have been installed. From new LVT flooring, to maximizing the 1/2 bathroom- this basement will be an excellent family space for many years to come.

Just converted this back porch into a beautiful “screened in” porch. Homeowner can now use it for added storage and critter protection.

Just finished this quick 5 day enclosed front porch remodel. Installed new LVT flooring, refinished and paint the interior walls to match the exterior of the home and gave the front door a beautiful coat of satin black.

Just rehabilitated this 80+ yr old front porch in River area. Was all original tongue and groove board… and unfortunately rotted beyond repair. Reframed and rebuilt the staircase, as well as re-decked all surfaces with composite. Added new railings and refreshed all the painted surfaces. Looks terrific and will now last another 80+ years!

Just finished this fantastic deck rebuild.
Added about 100 sq ft of new area, and went all composite decking with hidden fasteners. All vinyl railings with aluminum balusters secure the perimeter.
Added real cedar skirt boards that will weather age and then be stained to match the blue-grey base frame.

Finished this walk-in shower for my Dad.
Removed an awful 3 piece fiberglass surround, reframed the ceiling and built in a new shower niche. Added a multi-function Delta shower set and all glass shower door. Tiled from floor to ceiling… turned out absolutely stunning! Enjoy Pop😎

Just converted this unfinished storage room into a beautiful bedroom in Rocky River.
Total transformation time was less than 3 weeks. Now- an unused 2nd floor area will be a wonderful guest bedroom.
