Feeling nostalgic... this past weekend I participated in a photoshoot that was inspired by the 70s and incorporated the . This cake is what I imagine making my mom for her as she was obsessed with strawberries as a teen.

Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Cassata cupcakes. GF Almond Cake, Vanilla Pastry Cream (made with lactose-free milk) and fresh Strawberry filling, whipped marshmallow.and coolwhip (extra thick is lactose-free!).

Made a cake for a styled shoot today. Theme is Galentine's Day with red, pink, and buffalo plaid accents. I was inspired by the valentines I made as a kid for my friends, complete with heart-shaped confetti. Can't wait to see the final results! Thanks Olga for getting the cake there for me! ❤

Not a Job... I'm looking for a kitchen to use for my custom cake business. I was renting at a community kitchen but it has become financially difficult to continue there. Looking for any leads on commercial kitchens. Could be in a church, a bar that has an unused kitchen, a restaurant that would let me use their kitchen during off hours, etc...
