Just tryna have the hamstring separation without the pressure to be a certain version of fit😤
I used to struggle a lot with being okay with missing the gym or not lifting weights 5-6 days a week.
I felt like working out only 3-4 days a week didn’t align with the version of myself that I felt I had to be on social media.
& that is a diff type of struggle. The struggle of putting pressure on yourself to be some specific version of yourself for others, and not being true to yourself.
Sure, how many times I lift a week is truly a trivial problem. But it goes beyond that.
How many times have you felt pressure to perform or be something you’re not so you don’t disappoint those around you? Or so you don’t feel like an imposter?
Happens to us all.
Realizing that I can still be a “fitness girl” while working out less was hard. It was hard because I didn’t associate myself beyond anything other than fitness.
So I came to the realization that there is more to me than this one thing, and I have to accept that about myself before others could too.
This can be said for anyone who struggles with a similar situation or imposter syndrome.
You can be a fit person without having the craziest physique or workout schedule.
You can love doing something without it having to be the only thing that is important about you.
Who you are as a whole is what makes you important, not just the simple things you may or may not do.
Remember that next time you’re feeling off🫶🏼
love you guys😚
Posting this to hold myself accountable to start doing Step Ups again bc 😮💨😮💨
I only do 1 exercise and it’s squats.
Excuse me… you look like you’d love to have a pool day (it’s me… I’d love to have a pool day)🤭
’m just a gym girly, okay??? And these are my gym guilty pleasures🤭
I know I can’t be the only one who does this, and if I am??? Oh well🤷🏻♀️

If you met me when I was 18, you wouldn’t recognize the person I am today. 🤍
The confidence, happiness, and energy you see in me now didn’t come easy. I had to fight through seasons of anxiety, depression, and a negative relationship with my body. There were days I didn’t even want to face myself in the mirror.
Back then, I leaned on quick fixes and unhealthy habits that gave me temporary relief but left me feeling worse in the long run. I felt stuck in a cycle I didn’t know how to break.
At some point, I decided I didn’t want to live like that anymore. I realized that if I wanted something different, I had to do something different. And that’s where the gym came in. 🏋🏻♀️
Lifting taught me discipline. Movement gave me energy. Progress built my confidence. And slowly, it changed my life.
The truth is, exercise is so much more than aesthetics. Yes, looking good feels amazing, but the real magic is how it makes you feel about yourself: stronger, more capable, and proud of the person you’re becoming.
If you’re waiting for a sign to start, this is it. You deserve to feel your best, inside and out. ✨
Dm me READY if you’re ready to start your journey to the most confident version of yourself 💫

If your squats aren’t hitting your glutes the way you want, it’s probably not the exercise, it’s your setup. 🍑
Most people load heavy but miss the tension where it matters most. You don’t have to go heavier to grow, you just need to lift with more intention.
Focus on:
✨ Keeping a neutral spine
✨ Controlling the tempo (especially on the way down)
✨ Driving through your heels
Slow it down. Feel the movement. Build strength with purpose.
Strong. Controlled. Confident. 💪🏼✨

Starting the week with a Monday gym session isn’t just about physical gains; it’s a statement of intent. 😤
It’s a declaration that you’re committed to your goals, that you won’t let the Monday blues dictate your pace, and that you’re setting a positive tone for the days to come.
Every rep, every drop of sweat, becomes a building block for the success and productivity you aim to achieve throughout the week.
Make every Monday matter, and watch how it transforms the rest of your week.✅
