Cleveland Holiday Bazaar is this weekend! Saturday the 14th 10-6 and Sunday the 15th 10-4. Barcode Blocks are always a great gift idea, and with a jillion other vendors, you’re bound to find something great.

Today I installed this pair of front door side lites overlooking Lake Erie. Painted details on the colored bands reiterate the horizon, and graphic veils of paint break up the clear and tinted panes. rondels in lake tones anchor each of the six divided lites.

I’ve got a new batch of stripe panels ready for the Cleveland Bazaar this weekend at 78th Street Studios! Stop in Saturday the 9th from 10-9 and Sunday the 10th from 10-6 for the best holiday market of the season.

This wall of stained glass separates a bath from an entry hall in a new build townhome in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. The quiet greys and browns are plated with commercial etched glass for a glowing opaque effect that reads differently from both sides. These were installed a month ago, and while I hope to follow up with better pics, I just had to share.

I was asked to repair and re-size a dozen existing windows for Pokrova Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Parma, Ohio. The windows had been in storage after the congregation built their new church a few years back and needed re-worked to fit the new openings. Taking cues from the originals, I trimmed some, expanded others, and created new vents and arch tops for all twelve. The space is truly transformed, and the congregation has their cherished windows back in the sunlight where they belong.

This tall sidelight window brightens up the entryway of a contemporary townhome.
The homeowners recently moved from a century home in where they had raised their now-grown son. For the new space, we designed a window where the horizontal lines from 36” upward indicate their son’s yearly height markings as recorded from the wall of their previous home.
This lovely, thoughtful project brought a bit of personal family history to a couple’s decidedly modern new home, and I’m delighted to have been a part of it.

Stairwell irises for a Lakewood, Ohio home. The clients were the most fun, and they trusted me to balance joy and formalism in a window that harmonizes with their home’s existing floral stained glass.

On-site repairs in a gorgeous century home. Making fussy, odd-shaped replacements look like nothing ever happened is one of my favorite things.
