Learning the Steak Out! A bird dog must learn to be restricted, calm and focused. Today we worked on marking the behavior of stand and focus, in order to obtain a reward (dinner). This will later carry over into their official “Whoa” training. Today was the first day that these puppies experienced this type of restraint. ***THEY DO NOT LIVE ON CHAINS. THIS IS A CONTROLLED, SUPERVISED TRAINING SESSION***

Meet Harli! She’s a 6.5 months old intact Rottweiler! Harli began obedience training several weeks ago. Since then, her owner has been diagnosed with with a terminal illness and is not able to take the dog back home for several reasons, due to her health. Harli is in need of a great home. She has all basic obedience and has been living inside, crate trained, and potty training is going well. We expect she is fine with children as well. Harli is a registered dog her owner now has over $5k invested in the dog, between purchase, healthcare and training. We are looking for someone who will give her a great home and could possibly reimburse some of the investment that had been made.
