Simple solutions when it comes to pipe production. This line will product Double wall HDPE from 18 inch to 48 inch ID pipes.
Mr. Roboto hard at it! Added tool detection and touch probe part inspection. This set up allows us to run 12 hours pretty much un attended. Big huge thanks to the guys for understanding the need and figuring it out!
Who can reverse engineer and 5 axis machine extrusion die replacement parts? Not a problem for the Team at Quality Machining Services! Great job guys!!
Well, today we marked 25 year since inception. I am humbled and appreciative of the experience. Many thanks to our customers, vendors and employees. The responsibility is both rewarding and humbling.
