Films will screen this Wednesday, May 8th, 6 PM at Waetjen Auditorium, 2001 Euclid Avenue. This event is FREE and open to the public.

After the screening, please join us for the awards ceremony where attendees vote for the Audience Choice Award. Bring your friends, family, and anyone who likes movies. We hope to see you there.

RECENT GRAD'S FILM LANDS IN THE CLEVELAND INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL​

Rocky Nguyen's (BA '23) film, "Unplugging from Amazon," explores the fallout book publisher's experience when customer shop the world's largest online retailer.

Ohio is growing its share of the entertainment industry pie. Director of the School of Film and Media Arts at Cleveland State University, Cigdem Slankard:

“Part of the reason we exist as a standalone film school is to help grow the creative industry and the film industry here in Cleveland … In a way this medium-sized city gives us more advantages because we’re so connected with all our partners, getting on the big set for a major motion picture might be more challenging if you go to school in L.A. and New York because simply there’s so many schools there and so many students but here you might have that advantage.”
