Our body speaks to us often , are we listening ?
What brings clients to coaching ?
1. They are over quick fixes.
2. Tired of sitting on the fence .
3. Realizing it’s not about the weight but well-being.
4. Deciding that their well-being is their most precious asset & ready to invest long term.
5. Would like to develop a unique style of health and wellness than use a one size fit all..
6. Mental game. I know what to do and now want to master the mental game.
7. Turn intention to reality .
8. Confidence . I’m finish with self doubt and want to build confidence in my ability to master my wellness.
8. Close the gap. I want to close the gap between where I am and where I want to be when it comes to my health .
