It’s World Breastfeeding Week, and I wanted to share a few honest reflections from this season of motherhood.
Today’s reminder:
It’s okay if it’s hard.🤎
You can love breastfeeding and still admit it’s exhausting. You can be grateful and overwhelmed. You can celebrate the sweet moments while acknowledging the tears, the sleepless nights, the sore days, and the constant learning.
If you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, or simply doing your best to feed your baby, I hope you know you’re doing an incredible job.
Here’s to the moms showing up every single day, even when it’s hard. 🤍
