This Memorial Day, the City of Cleveland joins our community in solemn remembrance of their courage and sacrifice. We honor their memory, reflect on their legacy, and recognize that the freedoms we enjoy today exist because of their selfless service.

We hold their sacrifice with deep respect today and always.

Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and the freedoms we hold dear. The City of Cleveland joins our community in deep gratitude for their sacrifice and legacy.

In observance of Memorial Day, City offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

We encourage everyone to take a moment this weekend to reflect, remember, and honor those we have lost in service.
