Our focus areas include self-respect, self-confidence, and self-care, suicidal ideation , and among other essential topics. Each week, participants will receive actionable homework to foster their development.
This 12 week program will be split between different age groups. 9-12 and 13-16. There will be different dates and times for each group. Link in bio

Your feelings matter. Your feelings are valid. All the emotions are important, it’s what you do with them that matters. Embrace what you are feeling but don’t give up. There are people who need you, love you and will miss you!! You are in control of your feelings.

I know so much is happening. Things are falling apart in your life. You don’t know what to do. You question why is this happening to you. I’m reminded of the scripture John 13:7 “Jesus replied, “You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.””
You don’t understand why this is happening but make the decision to keep going.
