No Show/Cancellation Policy

This has been longstanding but I think I should reiterate. No shows and last minute cancellations affect tattoo artists dramatically. We understand things happen but we still need as much notice as possible about rescheduling or cancelling. Deposits are take to ensure our time isn’t wasted and to make sure that your time is valued. When you no show or cancel last minute you’re saying your time and ours is worthless.

No shows forfeit the deposit entirely. Cancellations/reschedules at the request of the client within 24 hours of the appointment could result in th loss of your deposit. Likewise, if the artist cancels within the same timeframe you’re deposit should be refunded. It’s only fair.

As an artist I try to reach out to confirm an appointment the day before but sometimes I can’t. It’s still the clients responsibility to remember their appointment or reach out if they can’t remember the time or date. I deeply appreciate ALL of my clients but this policy is in place for me as well as you.
